QBOID Care Program

QBOID offers additional protection for your M2 unit through the QBOID Care program.

For an initial program fee of $500, QBOID will replace a damaged M2 unit with a factory refurbished replacement M2 under the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions

1. QBOID Care must be purchased and paid in full at the time of purchase of the M2 unit. QBOID Care coverage begins at time of purchase and terminates at the end of the 36th month from date of purchase.
2. QBOID Care covers replacement for any accidental damage, damage from wear and tear, or manufacturing defects occurring during and after the normal 12-month factory warranty (covers only manufacturing defects) period. There will be an Incident Fee of $200 for each such Claim. Only one Claim can be made every 12 months.
3. QBOID Care covers replacement for a stolen or lost M2 unit. A valid QBOID Care claim must be accompanied with the stolen or lost M2 correct serial number. There will be an Incident Fee of $750 for each such Claim. Only one Claim can be made every 12 months. The M2 serial number for the lost or stolen unit will be invalidated by QBOID Update servers, its software licenses will expire, and it will be unusable if found later.
4. To make a claim, one must first contact QBOID’s support hotline support@qboid.ai to request an RMA/replacement for an M2 with a paid QBOID Care coverage. The M2 serial number (usually starts with the letters FH0…) of the damaged or lost device must be included. Within 2 business days of receiving the RMA request, QBOID will ship a no-charge replacement M2 device at QBOID’s expense to the shipping address from the original M2 purchase invoice. The damaged M2 unit must be returned within seven (7) business days of the original RMA request or future claims may be denied.
